From intake to handoff

A clear process.
An owner at every step.

Five stages give a scoped review its structure. Each makes the Assureform action, your team’s responsibility, and the intended output explicit.

The response standard
  1. Receive

Establish what the request is, when it is due, and who at the client owns it.

    Assureform
Intake the questionnaire, format, deadline, buyer context, and submission instructions. Confirm the follow-up window.
    Your team
Name an owner and share the request plus any standing instructions.
    Output
    A scoped intake record.
  2. Resolve

Draft what approved information can support and leave gaps visible.

    Assureform
Review approved materials, draft supported answers, and group unresolved items by the person who can answer them.
    Your team
Provide approved documents and identify who can close remaining items.
    Output
A working response with supported text and open items.
  3. Escalate

Route questions that need specialist judgment instead of guessing.

    Assureform
Flag items that require qualified review and send them to the named specialist.
    Your team
Identify the reviewer and return a decision or approved wording.
    Output
Escalated items with an owner, not invented answers.
  4. Approve

The client accepts representations about its organization.

    Assureform
Present the draft for sign-off and prepare the approved package in the required format.
    Your team
    Review and approve the wording.
    Output
A client-approved response ready for in-scope submission steps.
  5. Complete

Handle buyer follow-up and keep what was approved reusable.

    Assureform
Coordinate clarification within the agreed window and record approved answers with caveats.
    Your team
Confirm additional evidence and any new representations.
    Output
Closed follow-ups and an approved-knowledge record.

Fits your existing workflow

The format can change.
The responsibility does not.

A spreadsheet, document, buyer portal, or a combination: the engagement is shaped around the files and systems your team already uses.

Access, handling requirements, submission responsibilities, and the follow-up window are agreed before work begins. This is service coordination, not a claim of built product integrations.
