Frequently asked questions
A few things
worth making clear.
The service, the scope, and where responsibility sits. Practical answers before you decide whether to start a conversation.
What does Assureform do?
Assureform is a managed service for customer security reviews. Within an agreed scope, we coordinate questionnaire intake, evidence, supported drafting, open questions, client approval, and buyer follow-up.
Is this a software product?
No. The current offer is a service-first engagement, starting with limited pilots. The work is shaped around the files and systems your team already uses.
What if the evidence does not support an answer?
The gap stays visible. We mark the item for Client input or Expert review and route it to the appropriate owner. An unsupported answer is never turned into an assumed yes.
Who approves the final response?
Your team does. Assureform may prepare an evidence-supported draft, but evidence status and client approval are separate. Your organization owns and approves its final representations.
Do you replace our security or legal team?
No. Technical, legal, privacy, and compliance judgments remain with qualified specialists. Assureform coordinates the review and routes those questions to the right people.
Which tools and formats can an engagement cover?
The scope can account for spreadsheets, documents, buyer portals, and shared drives, subject to agreed access and handling requirements. This is workflow coordination, not a claim that product integrations exist.
Do you guarantee buyer approval or a turnaround time?
No. The deadline and dependencies are discussed when scoping the work. Fees cover the agreed professional work, not a guaranteed buyer decision, certification, or completed sale.
How is a pilot priced?
Each pilot receives an individual written quote. Scope depends on questionnaire size and format, the deadline, available evidence, required coordination, and follow-up. The fee and payment schedule are agreed before work begins.
What should I share in an initial inquiry?
Start with your company, role, review format, approximate size, target deadline, and a short description of the help you need. Do not send credentials, security reports, confidential evidence, or customer-confidential answers. An appropriate sharing channel is agreed after scoping.

Let’s talk about your review.
Share the high-level context. We’ll discuss the request and whether a limited pilot is an appropriate next step.
