Who this notice covers
This notice covers the public Assureform website and direct inquiries about its managed customer-assurance services.
Information we receive
The public website currently directs inquiries to email. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, work email, company, role, and high-level details about a review. Do not send credentials, confidential evidence, security reports, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Cookies and hosting
The website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
Use and retention
Inquiry information is used to respond, evaluate fit, scope potential work, and maintain ordinary business records. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. Information for an actual engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting and email, or disclosed when required by law. We may also disclose information to protect the rights, safety, and security of Assureform, our users, or others.

You may ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@assureform.org. Requests may be limited where retention is required by law or needed for legitimate business records.
